Engineering Electrical Reliability Since 2006
Established in 2006, Switchgear & Control Automations has evolved into a professionally managed electrical engineering and panel manufacturing company serving diverse power distribution and automation requirements.
Our foundation is built on engineering expertise across design, manufacturing, testing, commissioning, automation and troubleshooting of electrical panels and control systems.
Today, we provide a comprehensive portfolio of electrical panels and automation solutions covering low-voltage power distribution, motor control and automation, DG synchronisation, critical power distribution, power factor and power quality management, building and utility electrical distribution, PLC and SCADA automation, control and relay systems, retrofitting and panel modification, and electrical maintenance and technical consultancy.
Our objective is not simply to manufacture a panel, but to engineer a dependable electrical system around the customer's application.
Every project begins with understanding the electrical requirement, operating environment, load characteristics and future requirements before translating those requirements into a practical engineering solution.
Switchgear & Control Automations is a Bangalore-based electrical panel manufacturing and automation company specializing in LT power distribution, motor control, DG synchronisation, critical power systems, building electrical panels and industrial automation.
With engineering expertise spanning design, manufacturing, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting, we deliver customized electrical solutions focused on quality, safety, reliability and long-term performance.
We envision becoming a trusted engineering partner for organizations seeking dependable power distribution, electrical control and automation solutions.
Our vision is to continuously strengthen our capabilities in electrical engineering, automation, digital control and power management — while maintaining uncompromising standards of quality and safety.
Quality Is Not an Inspection. It Is a Process.
In electrical engineering, quality directly influences reliability and safety. At Switchgear & Control Automations, quality begins at the engineering stage and continues through manufacturing, assembly, wiring, inspection, testing and commissioning.
Our panels have been tested at CPRI, Bangalore — supporting our commitment to maintaining appropriate testing and quality standards.

Switchgear & Control Automations operates with two manufacturing units, supporting the engineering, fabrication, assembly, testing and delivery of electrical panels and automation systems. Our infrastructure is organized around a systematic workflow designed to maintain consistency from engineering through final inspection.
Our engineering team translates electrical requirements, load information, control philosophy and project specifications into practical panel designs.
01Panel structures are prepared according to the approved engineering design, with emphasis on dimensional accuracy, component accessibility and robust construction.
02Power distribution sections are assembled with careful attention to arrangement, identification, clearances, termination and accessibility.
03Switchgear, protection devices, meters, relays, contactors, starters, controllers, PLCs and other control components are integrated according to the project requirement.
04Control circuits are wired and identified systematically to simplify testing, commissioning and future maintenance.
05Completed panels are inspected and functionally checked before dispatch.
06Following final verification, panels are prepared for safe transportation and site installation.
07Electrical power systems demand precision. A poorly engineered or inadequately tested panel can affect equipment, operations and, most importantly, human safety. At Switchgear & Control Automations, quality is treated as an engineering responsibility — not merely a final inspection activity.
Electrical systems are designed around application requirements, load conditions, operational requirements and safety considerations.
From panel fabrication and component mounting to busbar work, wiring, identification and final assembly, attention is given to every stage.
Electrical safety, operator protection, accessibility and maintainability are considered throughout the engineering and manufacturing process.
Panels undergo systematic inspection and testing before delivery to ensure the manufactured system conforms to the intended design and functional requirements.
Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all panel, we develop solutions around the customer's electrical infrastructure and operating requirements.
Our involvement can extend beyond manufacturing through commissioning, troubleshooting, AMC, retrofitting, modification and technical consultancy.
Electricity powers modern businesses, industries and infrastructure — but electrical systems must be designed and manufactured with safety at their core.
Design for Safety. Manufacture for Reliability. Test for Confidence.
Every panel represents a responsibility — not just to the equipment it controls, but to the people who operate and maintain it.
A structured, seven-stage workflow that ensures every panel is engineered, manufactured, tested and supported with consistency.
